Jelly SMS version 1.1 is now available on the App Store. This update includes:

  • Support for Clickatell customers.
  • Extra localisations in German, Italian and Spanish and
  • Other bug fixes and minor enhancements
  • A unique new feature which lets you insert your current location as a tiny URL into the SMS. Here is what it looks like:

Then, when the recipient clicks on the link in the SMS, Google Maps is launched. If the user doesn’t have Google Maps on their device, they can type the URL into any web browser to see the location.

The update is available now on the app store as a free update to existing users. Happy Texting!

    I spent $1.99 and found out Jelly SMS Lite can’t send chinese character. It only show english. Would you fix this problem?
    BTW, why my comment disappeared?

      Hi,

      Thanks for the comment. Jelly SMS will support unicode (special characters like accents/Chinese & Asian/Arabic) for only for My-Cool-SMS. This is coming in the next version which will be out soon when Apple approves it.
