Jelly SMS 3.0.0 has been approved by Apple.
It’s a big release, including the following (all features work on iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch):
1. Re-designed user interface for the iPad
Jelly SMS is now compatible with the iPad, using all that extra screen size to give you a better view of your sent messages, delivery reports, and when composing new texts. It’s also now more intuitive to send ‘fast replies’ to your friends.

2. Support for multiple profiles
Have you got more than one phone or voip account that you want to send from? Well now you can add as many profiles as you like. All within Jelly SMS on iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.

- This lets users define loads of separate accounts, and easily switch between them inside the app.
- For example, you could use this if your partner or friend wanted to borrow your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad and send some webtexts, they could simply switch to their O2.ie account, and send texts as if it came from their phone.
- Another reason would be that you might want to use your My-Cool-SMS.com account for sending international texts (very low cost), and then switch back to your Three.ie account for sending free national texts.
3. New ‘Settings’ popover
Now, right within the app, you can define the font, font size, default message signature and various other things.

PLUS:
- Copy sent messages just by tapping and holding them
- Forwarding SMS by Mail now happens within the app itself without exiting.
- Added support for KwtSMS.com including Arabic support
- Better error handling for certain providers
- Fixes and support for iOS 4

Hey there JellySMS folk.
I’ve switched to iOS 4 on a 3G iPhone.
I bought and regularly use Jelly SMS and even with the update to 3.0, it no longer functions.
Is there a fix due?
Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

Apologies guys. I have submitted a fix to Apple which I am getting expeditated through the review process to get it out fast.
In the meantime you can reinstall the app from your computer which should have a copy of the app saved in the itunes Applications folder.
You won’t be able to download it from the App Store until the update with the fix is released.
