Fix for keyboard issue on iPhone OS 3.0

Any users who are seeing keyboard lag / backspace problems in Jelly SMS since upgrading to iPhone OS 3.0 should do the following to fix it:

  • Simply go into Settings/General/Reset Keyboard Dictionary and do a reset.
  • Also ensure that you only have 1 keyboard language selected.
  • If this still does not solve your issue, try changing your keyboard language to another one (from English to English UK for example).

    I want to let you know that today I updated my iphone to 3.1 and JellySMS backspace problem is gone :) Works like a charm and there is no need to play with keyboard. Japanese character writing is OK too.
