I have been getting some emails recently from Three users who are having login issues.
There have been some problems on their website, as outlined here. While those server problems are still intermitent, please try the following if you are still having problems.
- If you are a former O2 user, ensure that you select O2.ie when creating your profile in Jelly SMS.
- Otherwise, for long time or new Three customers, ensure that you you select ‘Three.ie’ for your profile, and use the 6 digit password you got when registering at https://webtexts.three.ie
- If 1 or 2 does not solve the problem, try resetting the app by going to the app Settings>Reset Jelly SMS App Data.
